Our Story
We are Tiaan and Moniek, a married couple united by our passion for South Africa. Tiaan is a proud South African who grew up in Port Elizabeth and spent 30 years living and exploring every corner of this beautiful country. Moniek is Dutch, but has fallen in love with South Africa—its vibrant culture, incredible food, warm people, and breathtaking nature and landscapes.
For almost 10 years, we have lived together in the Netherlands, where our passion for South Africa only grew stronger. Together, we know South Africa inside and out: from the perspective of a local who knows every hidden gem, and from the perspective of a traveller discovering it all anew.
